the stay was terrific. broken lock. the behaviour of staff was not at all cooperative. no service was provided. cleanliness was not there. wash basin was in choked condition. overall very bad experience.
waste of money
Booked through oyo. Basic facilities like fan ac TV clean toilet are there.
But room very congested. No space to keep luggage. Staff not friendly. They took extra money from me for early checkin even though oyo policy says early check in is free from 10 am. They didn't even hand me the room key saying that some customer had taken their key away and they had to break the door lock. ( I mean whats that got to do with me ? ) since they were reluctant to hand me room key i couldn't go out. 20 rupees water bottle they tried to charge me extra. Rooms are so close that you can hear the sound of tv playing in next room. Room was cleaned but not sanitized. Toiletry items were not provided until I asked them ( then they gave me a tiny soap thats all )
Overall average . You can stay here if all you need to do is a bed to sleep.
Hotel is situated on the 5th floor of Cresent Business Square. 6-7 rooms are there in the hotel. Rooms are small. No seating space. You have to seat on bed. No TV connection. You have use YouTube for your entertainment. Rooms are fitted with cooler and wall fan. Hot water is available for bathing. No room sevice available. You have to go to reception for anything. Free wifi is available.
One of the worst experiences. They demanded 1200 INR and on OYO it showed 700. They don't even give the receipts/bill of accommodation. Pathetic service, pathetic staffs.

First of all the location on Google maps is wrong. Rooms are very small. There are limited amenities provided. There is no dish connection with it you need to use you tube, Netflix or hotstar. Very small and cozy room.

Very bad service and the service person they were very rude to talk... I would only only say please check the room before you enter... In my room, room no. 102 there was no ceiling fan, no ac only the table fan and non working cooler... It was very hectic , we just left the place from here...
They will say you to stay for a while they will arrange another room . Their moto is to just take the money first no responsibility against the guest.
