Sakhi Inn is just a few steps from golden temple, the market and Jalianwala Bagh which made it an excellent location. Our room had all the facilities we wanted also the cleanliness was good. I must add that this hotel has a v good staff & they are ready for help 24hours.

Messy room, smelly blankets, tore bedsheets, cracked bathroom stool, broken toilet sheet, faulty intercom, fan regulator was not working. They do not provide AC remote, so you have to get up every time in night when you are feeling cold to switch it off. Fan was never cleaned since years. Room walls were dirty. As they do not have lift requested them for 1st floor room but they gave us 2nd floor room. Very disappointed.

I was at this hotel in May 2022. The service was really poor, especially the food there was horrible. We ordered lunch for 5-6 people and they were bringing chapatis in Installments and that too at the interval of 20-25 minutes. The next day when the time came for us to checkout they handed us a bill of Rs. 1100/- for that stale lunch. We talked about the extravagant cost they were charging us and that too for degraded food they started quarreling. In short, avoid this place.

The Owner is spoken dirty language. Staff misbehaving. Never come in Urban Galaxy & Sakhi Inn. Very Poor & cheap class hotel. They try to steal your money. Luggage theft , not secure for females

We went there as a family and booked 2 rooms, but we were asked to stay on different floors. Rooms were congested and lacked proper drinking water, towels and toiletries which were made available only when we asked them, however they were clean. WiFi was accessible only in lobby and not in the rooms. Rooms didn't had sound proofing, being on a busy street it should have proper sound proofing. The stair case was not good at all for elderly people to climb and too difficult if you have to carry your luggage yourself. Only plus point this hotel had was that it was located near to Golden temple so most of the things were easily accessible. Cleanliness of the rooms & staff.

Ac worked properly, the washroom had hot and cold water, the cleanliness was good. I must add that this hotel has friendly staff. They are very courteous and always helpful. They guided us properly for every query.

Very basic & economical. Its not a hotel, rather its a set of rooms. They do have bigger rooms as compared with their counterparts in t locality. They don't offer breakfast, lunch or dinner. No lifts. Monotonous & Unhelpful Staff. Only positive point is that it is very close to Golden Temple. Also they are honest for sure as I left my mobile & checked out from t hotel but t owner called me back and returned it, Appreciated .

We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were good in terms of cleanliness and space. It's very near golden temple langar hall. Only problem is ola or uber car or taxis can't reach at hotel as it is not allowed but you can call at hotel and they will arrange a taxi for you and will pick you up from Airport or railway station and drop at Hotel.
