It's very bad experience of me,not recommended any one just wast of money. Fully bad experience.. Please spread the message it's totally unsafe & unhygienic hotel..
Outside look of hotel is excellent but inside room everywhere cracks is there, Tv is not working, hotel staffs are unprofessional & not cooperative and as per the price, hotel services is not there.
Roos are not upto the marks. Toilet very dirty. Rooms are not clean. Interior very inferior. AC not working. Staffs unprofessional and not cooperative. Unhygienic. No lift. Room standard not as per tariff.
They are not careful about guests. In morning suddenly the roof cracking sound come out. My seriously shoked. Come to know that a repairing work is going on and materials are being thrown in roof. Thanks God to blessing me from mis fortune. Request to be careful and visit complete hotel and inquiry all happenings here before booking and entering the room.
In comparison to rent room are too small, beds is too bad, service is very poor.
Very bad room service, they're forget food orders!!!!!! I ordered snacks at 7 p.m. and it delivered on 8:30 p.m.
If Below 1stars ratings I would like to provide that. because they are Fix the Hotel Charges Like A 3 Star Hotel and Rooms and Bathrooms condition is Very Poor. No charging point on bed site. no ac remote and provided very old window AC or Fan is running without regulator and also they are did not provide Telephone inside the rooms . having 1mobile number if trying to contact many times not picking up the phone and end of my experience morning shifting staff's are Doing very Rude behaviour. Totally Unexpected Behaviour And Unprofessional Staffs In Morning Duty.
This hotel is situated near The sheela towers, sambalpur. The location is great, middle of the sambalpur city. The service was also fair enough. They regularly clean the rooms and other places. The ambience inside the hotel is nice. Not tried the food as we came here to stay for some time , just to go to a marriage party. Rooms are equipped with AC and TV . Overall 8/10 experience.
