Hotel Saket 27 - Hotel in New Delhi - South, India

Nice looking hotel. But when you look into the details you will see some dirty corners and old unserviced equipment. I had to beg the kitchen for a tea 10 minutes prior to opening the breakfast. Poor service. Not many food options.

Rooms were extremely bad, bathrooms were poor quality. Was given room in their old facility for the sake of convenience due to some construction work in new one but as soon as went inside the room they started doing new flooring in room next door. Couldn't even sleep the first day. The hallway was dirty so were the rooms, smell of dirt in pillows, quilts and the bed. The only reason for 1 extra star is their buffet breakfast which was lovely in taste and great service inside the kitchen section. Although the manager in there was rude not only to staff but to guests as well.

Very congested for a family with child. I made a booking of 3 rooms but my family didn't like it due to congested rooms so we decided to cancel the booking but the the hotel denied us the cancellation fees of about 21,000 and we did not use the room. We used 1 room for 2 hours and we decided to move out to another place. There must be a customer friendly cancellation policy of these hotels. We paid in cash and we were not given any receipt. Being a tourist we cannot argue and had to give up. Very dissatisfaction and disappointing and the food was horrible. We couldn't stay for 2 hours with my family and how could we stay for a day. Hotel management should work on the cancellation policy too.

Good Rooms , clean washroom good service. Location is also good but due to metro work very bad traffic. to reach at the location.

Very poor service. The behavior of the staff is very bad. Doesn't cooperate in a single thing, asked for break fast, still behaved rudely with us. Mohit Sharma is a man who has crossed all limits by telling lies to us. One of our very useful couriers had come in the morning and was not even informed and in the evening such a group came and said. He also spoke rudely to the person who sent the courier. Staff Totally Helpless Useless and No Cooperative. Third class hotel so don't waste time and money in this hotel.

Bad experience = hotel saket 27 ! Pathetic room conditions. They changed my room after complaints and show as if done a big thing. Unethical behaviour of staff, unprofessional management. Amit on reception handovered my final invoice without checking my previous dues, and deducted 6000 extra which I haven't got back yet even after a week. And on top now they are not picking up my calls. Highly disappointed and would advise everyone to check dues before paying. The staff is 3rd class as if slums are handling a management.
