It's a hotel / marriage hall. Location not at all good. Way to the location is not at suitable for low clearance vehicles. I am sure, like us, everybody would have faced congestion whilst vidaai ceremony. Rooms, Hall and dining are good.
No front desk. No drinking water is provided. When asked for drinking water they wanted me to get it from outside myself. When I said the basic amenities of drinking water need to be provided, they asked me to talk to the persons through whom I did the booking. None available to attend to any queries. No wifi was available. Need to walk half a km to get a cup of tea. No tv in the room they did not even check my identity or get my signature anywhere. We were the only people in the place so-called hotel. In the city, people do not know this place as a hotel, but a convention center.
It is very neat and clean place. It is a new setup so they don't have all amenities which I believe they are going to start in near future. Mine was a very short stay but it was quite pleasant.

Being a frequent traveler to the city of raichur, I found the best place to stay in the city. 100% satisfied with rooms and services. Definitely will prefer for future visits.

We stayed in hotel for 2days The hotel is very good to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Room service is very good. Staff is cooperative especially Manager. One suggestion The hotel should have its own restaurant.
We stayed here for a night, after visiting mantralaya. The rooms are maintained neat and clean with spacious bathrooms, had a complimentary breakfast too. Which was good. Tried few food items in dinner it was good. Overall it was quite a great stay

Main Advantage is that its near to bus stop, just a 2min walk. Since its a muslim area and masjid is next to the hotel you can expect loud speaker noise during namaz which is a bad experience. Apart its ok.
