Hotel Sai Village Gold Souk - Guest house in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Hotel is little inside of the street. At first I got a little confused. Also sometimes the GPS takes a little wrong location so adjust manually while ordering food or cab online. Rooms are good. In some of them AC might not work that well. The staff is not good. All are arrogant and rude. One of the receptionists thinks of himself as a king.

Though I reached the hotel at midnight, the staff was still active and attentive. Breakfast was also good, unfortunately they don't have a buffet system but still the quantity of breakfast served was satisfactory. Rooms were clean and bathrooms are also very spacious with all the required amenities installed. Laundary service available at the reception and kitchen is also present at the hotel for food ordering purpose.

Really nice property and excellent staff. The rooms are quite spacious and the place was well maintained. Best - Cleanliness and neat property Downside - the wifi wasn't that great but overall very good experience. The service was quick. Food is available on location. It's really close to local market so the pharmacy & 24*7 etc are nearby. Property is located in residential area.

Amazingly spacious rooms with balcony, staff very polite, prompt response and service, homely food with room service. The location is easy to find, and a residential area. Quite a good experience!

Great place to stay at, the staff were always willing to help & ensured our stay was good. Rooms are well maintained & are exactly as the pictures posted. Food was good but would've been better if they had more options available. Congrats to Mr. Sagar, Dileep & their staff for their hospitality.
