Rooms with and without balcony are both spacious. Staff is well trained and supportive. As a female guest I always felt safe and the clientele around are all business travellers so the hotel was also very well maintained. Having all my dinner at their rooftop restaurant was a treat. Food was very tasty as well.
I recently hosted a get-together for 30 people at this hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. While the starters could have been better, the main course truly impressed everyone. Sagar, who helped plan our event, was exceptionally cooperative and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place.
Clean rooms and bathrooms, highly valued services, delicious food, beautiful rooftop to enjoy evening dinner and a nice spread of breakfast. It all made a very good stay for our team. Sagar, Inderjeet and Pankaj are a great management team. Very resourceful and helpful people.
Front desk, service staff behaviour is very friendly, polite, professional. Found them very resourceful. Got the room without balcony is nice, peaceful. Bedsheets were neat, bathroom was clean and food is fresh, hygienic. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with a view makes it a great place for dining in.
Lovely hotel, really comfortable rooms, main road location and polite, helpful behaviour of staff made our stay worth while we were here. Highly recommended for all travellers.
Staff behaviour is very respectable. Usually its a problem at most of the other budget hotels. Here its all sorted. Good food, courteous team of staff, bed linen was spotless, bathroom was clean, their hospitality was truly commendable. Felt safe staying here as a couple. Wonderful place to stay, neat and clean rooms esp washrooms. Very humble and co-operative staff. Very helpful and safe place to be at. They serve great breakfast, i requested for tea ( to be made without sugar) and the staff was always abiding, thank you to the one who made such a wonderful tea, too good. Just one suggestion, please ensure that the watermelon's you cut are well covered otherwise they get surrounded by flies. Everything else was great and taken care of well. Thank you for your service
