Worst experience of the Hotel , Rooms are not clean. No hot water and even sometimes water doesn't come. No one to attend the call or your request. Even Dharmshala provides better service than this Hotel.
Nice hotel, comfortable beds, nice staff, flexible check in, recommend, good value for money. We visited in April 2019. located in the city centre, easy to access nearby places.

1. Bathroom tiles were slippery 2. Water drain outlet was not cleaned 3. Comot, wash basin were not cleaned 4. Bathroom corners were having Pan spits 5. Bedsheets were not changed and was having stains. 6. Blanket were too having stains 7. When I complainted at reception, I was ignored and both the attendees did not care to listen to us.
Hotel manager denied for early check-in, rooms were available. They kept us wait for 45 mins at morning. Asking extra charge for early check in. I had to call Goibibo to get the issue resolved in the morning at 5:45 am. Room was good but bed sheet was not clean. Overall, it was average stay for us. Thanks to Goibibo for their support.
