Service boys are decent then other hotels in shirdi.

Worst Management, No proper service, No hot water. For 20 minutes late check out need to pay full amount of a day. Bad experience

Its an worst place ever i have seen it. No service facility nothing . I have taken Ac room by paying 1000 rupees and they served us ac room but only the ac was working for 1 hr only in 24 hrs whats the F.... Please dont come here to stay ... honestly

we book 1 room for 4 people. but they provide very small room . no hot water available for 24 hrs only morning time you will get hot water. hotel staff is co operative..stay was good..

Visited with family on holiday, the tariff shown by the hotel staff was liberal and they charged us extra at the time of vacating the room. When we asked for charging extra the hotel staff made allegation on us. It was too late for our train hence we gave the extra amount and left the place. If the time would be there we would have taken a legal action against them. The staff behaved like a rowdy. Please never choose this hotel when you are with family. Even service is very bad.

Rooms were decent. During my stay there, once water supply was stopped due to pipe leakage. Seeing me entering the room after my visit to neighbouring hotel, reception person called me immediately and given me another room before i note the supply cutoff. I was impressed by his behaviour. Good stay. Good dharshan.

Compared to all the other hotels, I must say Swastik was much cleaner in all the terms. In other hotels rooms were painted with sport in red colour which was ewww...and toilets were pathetic. In that manner Swastik was up to mark with no such dirt anywhere at an affordable price.
