Booked a delux ac room. It wasn't clean enough neither maintained properly, there were cracks on the wall. Many small cockroaches were found. Geyser didn't work properly either. Staff was polite and helpful. Ordering food was easy due to their inhouse kitchen facility. Won't recommend the delux ac room though. Can go for super delux ac
Absolutely horrible experience. Staff is polite but receptionist is very rude. The rooms have damp walls. And it smells even if you close the room for 5 min. Not maintained at all.
The hotel was full of smoke when i checked in and it made me feel suffocated even to breathe Also there was no phone for room service i had to take cold water shower beacuse they didnt turn on the geyser even after repeated requests The jet spray holder was broken there was no small stool to sit in bathroom The fan made a lot of noise The cabinet door couldnt be closed Wifi signal was very weak

The room and well maintained and very couple friendly.... Also the room can use for Official and personal purposes. In 2023 the rate are following :- Non Ac :- for 2 adults is 1000 to 1200/- rs Ac room:- for 2 adults is 1500/- rs Staff are good and the atmosphere of enitre hotel is awesome. The rooms were overpriced.The food was average. The rooms were full of flys.the facilities were subpar at best.
-I booked AC room at 4pm. confirmed the hotel as well-got same day instant booking as rooms were available.-price was affordable-complete privacy-complementary waterbottle-ashtray was also available in room means smoking allowed-room was clean but washroom was not good.water flow was less in basin as well as flush. No soap or handwash.
