It was the best hotel all around here. I stayed there for 4 days and found everything the best. Here you will get the bestest rooms and views in the lowest prices.They will provide you free service of dropping and picking up from the Sai temple to the hotel. It contains a AC GYM also with a big AC restaurant. I will prefer you this hotel for your every trip in Shirdi by sure. Thanks.

- 1. Room not prepared even after pre booking. ( was not recently cleaned) 2. Booked the family room and offered something else, they changed it afterwards but still I didn't get what was advertised may bebtheuvuave bookedbthat one on their end. I was travelling with kids and was tired so I didn't argugued but yes the roombje showed me was certainly no the one I booked after I informed him he quickly changed the room but definitely it was not what was advertised in photos. 3. Charged as per family room but no chair, table in room. 4. No toilet paper. 5. WC hand shower leaky and poor quality. 6. Seems like this hotel runs on complaints, the more you complain the best chances you get what you should be getting. 7. Coz I lost my wallet I moved sofa it was never cleaned for sure in corner which faces wall, totally unhygienic. Last thing I want to add, those guys we're completely unaware of booking. When I inquired on front desk about my booking all guys we're looking at each other faces coz no body knows their booking portal password. No body in last 24 checked thier portal/ email /sms. Kind request to booking. Com to ensure everything goes smooth please request manual confirmation that they have received the booking and they have what the client is asking for. For Hotel Management, Kindly take the above point as improvements, I really loved your hotel design, staff and food. Om Sai

I Am writing this review at 4:30 AM from this hotel. Was here for a wedding stay. There is a major problem with electricity in this hotel. In some specific rooms, the electricity goes off again and again. Also, the intercom gets dead and no lift works. I have to go 4 times up and down to complain about the electricity for the 4th floor. But it was of no use. Due to the blackout, I have to sleep keeping my door open and irritating mosquitoes. Also, the tap of the bathroom is broken. I will not recommend anyone to stay here or book this hotel for weddings as well. Pathetic Venue and pathetic maintenance.

Staff is friendly and will help Tea was good in 30 rs 3 people could drink 3 stars as per the services offered

Very good Hotel to stay, very good service, comfortable and though near to Mandir but pick and drop service is also available free of cost.
