I don't want to give rating this hotel bcz of their rude behaviour and prices r too high. Rooms also not good and room service also not available.They charging 1000/- for 1 hour after if u late by checkout time... worst experience

Worst hotel i stayed in my life.no cleaning.no power back up.if current is not their for 2 hr but didn't on generator. Below 1 star is the rate worst hotel

The location is excellent - only 3 minutes walk from gate no 2Room is ok cleanliness ok. But maintenance very poor. Had to change two rooms to secure the right room .Room service not satisfactory no in-house restuarent. To some extent service deficiency is compensated by two Room boys Rishi and Rambabu who gave excellent service.False claim on Amenities there is no lift for Room 210Overall not worth the money and no point in repeating this hotel. Was thoroughly disappointed

Terrible hotel. Poor maintainance. Staff wasn't behaving well when we told to clean the room becoz there were hairs everywhere. For 2000 for 24 hrs it wasn't good

Absolutely horrible experience. We had to change rooms thrice and still the experience did not improve. There is zero service. The rooms were not cleaned, sheets were not changed, hot water was not available, AC and TV were not working, remotes were missing batteries or entire remote was missing, wallpapers on the glass wall between the toilet and bathroom had peeled off leaving no privacy, dirty, soiled sheets. The first room we were given had overpowering musty, stuffy odour and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The second room had leaks in two different places. Even water bottles were not available. We had to call the reception for every single thing, and it took them an hour to service any request. Some requests were not fulfilled even by the time we checked out next day. And all this despite having 7-8 staff available at all times and only 4-5 rooms occupied. Utterly pathetic service.

Most wierd staff ever seen. Initially while booking room all good things they say but later after making payment they won't care you however and whatever complaints you raise. There will be no power in between no water for some time... Do not come into this hotel. Worst experience ever in life

Could give 0 stars if i could. All these good reviews are from those who work here. First, the TV was not functioning(they said it will work). We booked 2 rooms, they fixed TV of only 1 room, and told us to adjust. At night mosquitoes were biting. We called them to inform, they cut the phone quickly. Next day light went out, we said to turn on generator. They said it heated so much. So there was no electricity for 8 hours. Broken tiles which make sound when you step on them, give a feeling that you will fall anytime. Toilet smell persisted. Room was not clean, we checked all rooms, all of them were dirty. There were cockroaches inside the bedsheet. Customer service is terrible, they come inside without knocking. When you call if you have any problem, they will cut the call. Below bed there was flies. This is honest review. If you want to waste money here, go Ahead. Nobody can stop you.
