Very beautiful atmosphere.
The dining arrangements are very nice.
The taste of the meal is amazing.
The owner of the hotel is a very loving person.
The food is very good, you will never have stomach upset, but the taste of the tongue will remain.
The rooms look good. But the service is pretty poor. We had to ask for our towels, shampoo, blankets, even proper water supply. Of that, they didn't give us the shampoo and towels. This is a good example of a bad service. Please visit some other hotel.
Food is absolutely good in quality but little bit costly as compared with quantity, staff is polite n humble but owner rather who sits on counter area (don't know he is owner or manager)is rude in nature, he is not polite , he always do gappa's with his any boring friends on that counter which is very annoying, but he should improve himself , thank you.

Good Hotel Value for money but needs some more attention towards room service
worst room service ever i had.
lots of issues with room service.
1. Room cleaned but garbage is not even picked. Dustbin is also not present.
2. Bed cleaned but not changed since 3 days of check In
3. Pillows are also not changed.
4. Lights buttons are damaged.
5. AC remote is missing.
6. Telephone is not in service.
7. Actually staff directly told we don't have room service in our hotel
8. Birds nest also ln windows.
9. Bathroom is also not cleaned.
10. Smelly Room.
Place is descent enough , food is also descent, hot water for bathing is by solar ...hence a bit problematic at night time ... overall facilities are good ....good value for money ...it's less expensive than celebrations ( Buldhana urban residency club)
Managers need to be polite with Customers.
Mr. Sachin attendant is very good person and cooperative.
