Date.16-7-2023.Andhra Meals are good here so I made a parcel of 8 pockets. It was not packed properly. The whole packing was lost before taking it in the train. The curries were not packed properly. The rice was not cooked. I have never eaten such bad food in my life.The food in the train is better than the food in this hotel.

We wanted a hotel near to the station and location of this hotel is as close as it can get. I booked it in advance and Hotel Manager Athar Ali was utmost professional in his conversations. He provided package for both hotel and car services with hotel inclusions and travel itineraries clearly mentioned over WhatsApp.

We reached hotel early in the morning. We were promptly allocated rooms within minutes which was nice since we didn't sleep well when travelling. Our travel arranged was also pleasant. Drivers and car were good and on time. Overall it was a pleasant stay without hiccups. I would recommend it. Special thanks to Mr Athar Ali making trip hassle free.

The rooms wer good, clean and well maintained. The service was also good. The people were good. These people were very courteous and understanding helped us settle down without any hastle. The only negative is its location. Located right next to the railway station, gets very noisy even at midnight.

Very bad experience... rooms are small. Bed sheet and pillows are dirty. I asked them 20 times to change it, still they did not change. Service is very bad. Don't eat in there restaurants, bad quality of food they serve.

Enjoyed a lot, very cooperative staff, room service was also good. Must visit for family tour

Please don't book the hotel based on the earlier review, I recently visited this hotel with my family and the experience was very bad, below was the issue that we faced at hotel, *When I entered in the room found the door handle broken and kept in the cupboard *Blankets and pillow covers were teared *bucket and small stool were in bad condition from a cleaning standpoint * Used shaving blade was found in an open-conditioning washroom window *No electric kettle and wifi were available When we have given this feedback to the manager, he responded that this is a budgeted hotel and we will swipe you once the rooms are checked out or else you can go to any other hotel however the amount paid for this room will be non-refundable.

Don't ever try to take a room in this hotel u can better go to other hotels.don't look after a cheap prices as u have travelled a long way from your home u can spend a little more amount onto a better hotel. This hotel service is the worst as far as I have stayed into this hotel for 3 days I have received the worst service 1. No generator 2. Complaining doesn't matter 3. Rude behaviour 4. Food in the hotel is avg As u can see the photos of the hotel are good but the experience with the hotel is awful you can make a better day staying at another hotel or leaving this hotel You can get multiple number of hotels nearby railway station try to check others too.... Too expensive....
