Room tip: Please choose rooms which have a balcony - I guess some 8 rooms are there. U can have the view of the road and sit and chat in the space. Its NOISY though as lot of vehciles ply continuosly
Perfect location, reasonable price, kind staff, awesome breakfast, very clean and hygienic. I could really enjoy staying in sai parthana, was very satisfied! If I will visit sai parthana again, I definitely use this hotel!

Old property, not very well maintained. Ok for a overnight stay if no other better option available.
Not that much of a good place to stay , if you are in extreme need that time that will help otherwise not recommended
4 stars for the price and service but the rooms are small and not that clean(resembles to a bachelor's room). Not a secure parking area. They have improved alot after a renovation. Good for a night stay.
