Hotel Sai Prabha Heritage - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Great rooms, Well-behaved staffs, appreciable service. Even we ask to change the room after staying one night in a particular room as we were happy with the washroom, immediately they changed the room, with the same fare they have provided bigger room. We are highly satisfied with overall experience. Not sure why people rate then as 3.9 stars.

The room we were staying in wasn't good. Though it was spacious, the washroom wasn't good. The flush wasn't working. Water wasn't flowing out of the way. We complained many times, they did come and repair, however it wasn't the permanent fix. The Staffs weren't that cooperative as well. Didn't have a good experience.

You can visit this hotel during your journey. It was very clean. Staffs were very cooperative. Average priced. The location is in the main Chowk from where you can get city bus or shared auto directly. For food there is south indian restaurant beside the hotel which is also very famous. So overall it was very good stay for us.

It is a lodge without any enclosed boundary and not at all a secured location. Very unprofessional manager who lacks the spirit of hospitality.

Nice rooms and good location with nearby markets and good accessibility round the clock. No longer associated with OYO. Staff is also very cordial and polite. They allow for early check in and delayed check put as per availability. Overall great stay.

Tariff issues, this hotel has everything good except that the manager wanted 1200-1300 for tariff per day. Here is the full story : we checked in the hotel for 2 days, we liked the hotel so we wanted to extend our stay, we were getting rupees 2400 tariff for 3 nights, we booked via the fabhotel app. The manager objected to this and said that we cannot give you hotel at this price, call customer care and if they do not agree to update the tariff to 1200/day then we will have to checkout. We kept calling the fabhotel customer care for the next 2 days, they kept procrastinating us till the last minute, they assured us that they will update the tariff and we will get an check-in at the same promised price as shown in the app, but they did not do so till the last moment. People have to book hotels in advance in case the manager decides not to give us hotel, we were not given clarification till last minute, over the 2 days time we called them 6-7 times total and finally in last call they updated the tariff and we were given check-in in last moment. It was a horrible experience, we had to pack the bags for checkout when we were not suppose to do so and also we didn't have any next hotel booked. The experience was a horrible one. I request fabhotel to confirm from the hotel manager the tariff issue before promising stay to their customers.

pathatic service. gyser dont work . iron springs were coming out of matress. water does not pass in the bath bathroom food is pathetic as they do not have their own kitchen and they bring food from outside and charge you doublewhile booking it through Fab hotels the room appear to be too big and spacious but ultimately we ended up getting into a very very small congested rooms. I would warn all not to book this room. I booked it for 3 days but checked out in a day

Horrible place, all fraudulent people managing that horrid place. It's not a hotel not even a guest house...where not even your safety is guaranteed.. Never expected this from oyo rooms..that place should shut be down. Stayed between 16-18jan2018... THERE is no restaurant as claimed, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan but had an open window. The man at the counter Vikram is a rude and uncouth person who has no sense to talk to ladies. The whole place should be shut down.
