Stay was comfortable. Room was equipped with all regular amenities except perhaps bedroom slippers.. could've come handy in this winter time. Food was tasty and portions were quite adequate. I expected a bit more elaborate spread in the complimentary breakfast though.All services are good,best service, best by location, excellent by Rooms...

Very worst stay experience. Continuous construction going on and disturbing noises entire day during my stay. Management should not be allotting rooms if they can't provide peace and comfort to the guests. But they're charging full money despite the discomfort they're causing. The staff didn't provide correct information either they told that the construction would happen during weekend only but it ruined my entire stay over the weekdays as well. Nearby hotels like GomtiInn provided much better service and experience. Please avoid staying here in Sai plaza.
My stay at Sai Plaza was incredibly disappointing and aggravating. The constant construction noise disrupted my entire experience, leaving me with no peace or comfort. It's unacceptable that the management still charges full price for such a subpar experience. To make matters worse, the staff provided misleading information, claiming that construction would only occur on weekends, which was far from the truth. In comparison, nearby hotels like GomtiInn offered a vastly superior experience. I strongly urge you to consider alternative accommodations.
Good budget hotel. Little disappointed to see few cockroaches in the room but overal good experience. Food is expensive and taste is also average.
