Hotel Sai Palace, Balangir - Hotel in Balangir - Balangir, India

Me and my cousins went there for a birthday party. But the restaurant is extremely small. They have limited seats and the place is packed. Staff are repeatedly ignoring us because they don't have seats to give us.. still they can say it properly in a good way. But they chose to ignore and later said that it will be vacant after 10 mins. After waiting for another 10 mins also they don't provide seats. Very disappointed.

I've been staying here quite often when I visit Balangir. But this time I was disappointed that i didn't get the corporate discount which I used to get earlier. Rest all is perfect about this hotel.

I went for lunch only. The food tasted the worst that I have ever tasted. All foods were of equal taste. Highly adulterated food (like artificial colour, substandard spices, stale paneer etc)

Rooms are good but service not available, almost restaurant closed for guest

Had booked a stay for friends and relatives and they enjoyed the hospitality. Rooms are spacious, service is good, and the food is also nice. The owner is a super chilled out person, and will recommend this hotel to everyone. It's way better than other hotels in town, location is also in close proximity to all necessary places.
