No basic things like comb, bucket, paste etc. Shower was leaking. All almirahs were locked and none provided us with keys.

Hot water tap is not working at all , It will take 1 hour to get lukewarm water, Staff is okay, service is not okay , Location is good but electric rixa has to come via proper city so it takes long time to reach this hotel, They are not picking up the intercom phone so you have to personally to request about any service, I have to take bath with cold water, Please before going confirm about hot water etc

I had visited this hotel for official purpose. The railway station was far from the hotel. The hotel appearance was very good. The check in and checkout was done on time. The behaviour of the staff's was friendly in the hotel. The basic amenities were provided in working condition in the room. The complimentary breakfast was provided by the hotel. The food was value for money. The variety of food was available in the hotel.

Nice staff / very adjusting / clean rooms / very approachable / price worthy / and most importantly: you feel like not looking for any for anywhere else to stay!

I had one accidental stay as other 'good' hotels were full. Very basic hotel but at this price bracket, probably this is the best option you could have in Moradabad. Rooms are well maintained with all the basic amenities. Nicely decorated. They are weak in day to day room cleaning, you need to ask for. Staffs are helpful though. Pros: Location, Room Size Cons: not actually a hotel but small guest house

Budget hotel with few room. Don't be fooled by seeing pics on websites. But hotel staff was very well behaved and always ready to help you. Rooms were clean and good interior design of rooms. Served tasty food at affordable price. They don't have their own parking. So one has to park the car on road side under observation of security guard appointed by hotel.

Neat and clean place, value for money,best among the rest of the hotel in budh bazaar,we arrived at 11clk night and staff was very helpful.

good hotel at a very good location . Need to maintain cleanliness in room and bathroom .also basic amenities were missing .Lots of noise outside the room of chit chat of staff and tv which made me disturb in night. Regular supply of hot water was not available which made me delay in getting ready food quality is OK. overall Good hotel but need to work on many aspects
