Work experience and work decision for staying in this hotel. Owner and manager are very unprofessional and rude and showing attitude if we say anything and try to give them feedback. They are like paise aa gaye ab jo karna h kro kind of behaviour. Do not go with pictures of the room, they are very dirty and bed is very uncomfortable. They charged double for such kind of messy and buggy room. Everything is unclean and smelly there, the bed, the cumble, the floor all the amenities, furniture. Honest suggestion is never ever stay in this hotel. Instead of that go to any dormitory, it will be more clean and comfortable than this hotel. One suggestion to owner and manager that go and first learn about how to run a hotel and then start hotelling business.

My recent stay at the hotel Sai Mount abu was one of the worst experiences of my life. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the amenities were subpar, and the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The walls were thin and I could hear every sound from outside. The lights was not functioning and the room was muggy and stuffy. The bathroom was in terrible condition with broken tiles and a clogged sink. The overall atmosphere was dismal and uninviting. I strongly advise against staying at this very bad hotel, as it is not worth the cost.

The room was damp and stinking but was covered with spraying strong rose fragrance. The mattress was pricking. The bedsheets were stinking and smelly. They were unhygienic. I have got rashes all over the body after covering with them. I bcme sick after staying at this place. The washroom was so small and not maintained well. I paid ruppes for the room and it is not at all worth it. The check out time was also too early at 9. Which is seriously so bizard for a place like that. No amenities were available. Even the TV and AC remotes are not there in the room.The room was really unhygienic and smelly. It is not at all neat and clean like what is show in the pictures. The washroom is seriously so small and conjusted for a couple.

Location is near market and walking distance to nakki Lake.. Nothing is good aprt from this.. Service level is worst. From wherever you came.. Take bath from home because as per hotel rules they will only give you hot water from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.. While booking they had not provide us this information. Staff behaviour is very rude. Not suggested even if you find it on cheaper rates

Can be missed at the price range. The location is very good and most things are at walking distance. The rooms are very basic and not very hygiene. The washroom are not spotless and the water a bit dirty. The room service is not up to the mark yet they were helpful and offer to keep our luggage after checkout. Can go for it for it if it's the cheapest option in this location and you are on a budget.

OK type hotel. Expensive compared to quality of services provided. Simple things like -- Door Lock, Shower, Plug Points etc -- don't work properly. Food is good. Parking is on road -- No dedicated Parking Area.

It's location was a problem as sign board on the way to it was not that clearly visible, otherwise everything else here was good. The rooms & their services here were great, even their staffs were very good as well & their food was very good too. Overall I had decent stay here.

Booked hotel in advance.. AC was not working properly. No cooling in room. Asked the same to owner. He told that he has asked to technician for AC repair. No technician came for full day. Then He talked very roughly with us. Just because we have paid in advance we were helpless. I don't suggest to go this hotel specially, if you are paying in advance.
