Very Good location as it is only 8-10 minutes walking distance from Sai mandir. Service is very good, all staff was very friendly & prompt. Rooms need more attention as furniture was old (specially bed).

One of nice place to stay. Clean and hygienic place. Clean bathroom bedsheets and room service is also nice. Staff is very polite and helpful.

polite and courteous staff. room, washroom and the whole hotel was very clean given the monsoon season. Everything worked fine except that the bed mattresses were those metal springs one and one can feel the spring hence one star less.

Decent place with all amenities like restaurant, lift, air-conditioning, keyless room entry, hot water supply etc. It is located on the main road and right opposite the BPCL PETROL PUMP. The place is walking distance from the Prasadalaya and can be accessed for good quality free food from 10am to 10pm. In house dining is also very good and have variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Mandir is accessible by foot or preferably by auto (Rs. 50). Macdonald is just close by so fast food for kids is also available. For electric vehicles they have a charge station installed. This is great for EV devotees. The only problem we faced was frequent power cuts. Though the generator takes time to come on, it is quite irritating to face frequent changeover. While checking out we got stuck in the elevator for 10mins without any communication. By the time the generator was started, we were panicking inside the lift with little kids.

Hotel Sai Mahal is a great option for budget-conscious travelers. The staff is amazing - very friendly and accommodating. I loved that they have hot water available 24/7 and Wi-Fi in the rooms. It's a small detail that makes a big difference when traveling. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Hotel is overall average. The rooms are spacious but amenities are quite less like no wifi, no coffee making machine (the one which makes water hot jug). The toilet are not properly maintained (cleanliness is less in hotel). Our rooms had lock issue, so they did not provide keys, everytime when we went outside and after returning we had to call the reception and the reception boy would come with a key and unlock the door I suggest the hotel management should renovate the toilet as the fittings are not proper also they should check if locks are proper or not. The Hotel is absolutely on the road. One thing that strikes me is the cleanliness. They have great customer service. Food is also awesome.Loved the stay.
