The food was delicious but the food I ordered was late I had to wait to get my order with an empty stomach .

They Surprised Us! Where is it - This place is on your left hand side before Vadkhal Naka while you are returning to Mumbai on Mumbai Goa highway. How did we landed here - We had just stopped for loo break as we saw a huge traffic above and thought of getting refreshed. When my wife returned she said that washrooms are extremely clean, which is very unlikely for a place like this which right on a highway. I also got down and found it very clean. When I came out kids were already playing in surrounding. Why did we decided to have dinner here - As the place was clean and there was huge traffic on the way we decided to have food here. The decision to have food was completely based on ambiance and cleaniness of the place, as do night find roadside hotels. How was the food - We ordered some snacks too start with like Kandabhaji and Batatabhaji... however they missed on salt combination. But as always every maharashtrian loves chatani, which was awesome and authentic. We ordered one Chicken Tikka Masala and rice roties. The curry and roti's both were killing combination of taste. This was only tasty curry I had in so many years with soft roti's to support it. While we were to have only 6 roti's we ended up eating 14. If you are coming back from Mumbai Goa highway to Mumbai or going to Goa side from Mumbai and it's dinner time...you must have it. This place is open and without AC and hence should be tried at dinner as things can become bit hot at lunch. They have big fish pool which can keep your little once engaged.

Food preparation and test is not good , specially non veg , sometimes the chicken is not cooked properly.They did not use fresh chicken and meat

The inter-state tourist bus I was travelling in, stopped at this hotel for its dinner stop shortly before midnight. Generally, such hotels, located on highways in the middle of nowhere, cater to tourist buses, typically serving below average food at way over average rates. The bus decides where it stops, so hotels know they can charge exorbitantly if the want to. I was pleasantly surprised to find the place was clean, service was prompt, the waiter - helpful and cheerful though brisk, rates were quite reasonable (Rs140 for the Chicken Biryani) and most importantly, the Chicken Biryani was enjoyable. Note that there are several ways Biryani is prepared and served. The one here would be dry for some, but the masala was quite flavorful, the chicken was tender and the serving portion was decent for one. I'd eat here again.

Worst place I've ever ate. Breakfast is served as two idlis and one Vada of maida which is half baked and that too without chutney. Tables are open to road with highway dust. Unreasonable pricing

Worst experience The staff attending there were soo sluggish, they won't take orders. Lot of attitude, takes long time for delivering the food. Forget about the taste, not worth visiting because of the staff behaviour

Veg thali is the famous here. I am writing about veg because I am a vegetarian. Don't know about nonveg food. The food quality and quantity is also good. If you live nearby wadhkhal and pen you can give a visit to here.
