Receptionist are little rude. They asked for the keys when we were going out for dinner amd said they will return it when we are back and that creates a lot of tension. Apart from that under 1300 you'll get a nice room with AC amd 1100 for non- AC.

It's one of the worst hotels available. We stayed for one night. They initially offered us a room, but the toilet flush was out of order. When we asked them to change the room, they behaved very rudely. But when we demanded that they are obliged to provide the basic amenities, they shifted us to a different room. The wash basin of this new room kept on leaking upon usage, but we felt that it is best not to complain and further spoil our day. However, the bed sheets were fithy and had blood stains, when we demanded that they change the sheets they rudely replied that they wont. Worst room services we ever encountered. Worst kind of people, with the worst mentality and attitude. It is better to steer away from this one, especially

Overall not good , this time more bad experience, food is very worst don't order go outside and have it, staff are very worst. Stayed here twice due to location for my exam centre, this time experience was more pathetic.

yes, it's a good hotel.... everything is good but advice will be tht carry your own soap, towel, shampoo, bedsheet etc with you.

Stayed with friends for 3 days, the room is fine, AC is not working properly ... there is a lack of facilities in the room, it needs to be taken care of, as well as friendly behavior and help should also be seen. Me . I hope this will be considered.

Nice location, cheap price... just AC not working but it's ok at this price. All the basic facilities like TV, Telephone fan wifi, 24*7 water supply cupboard was in good shape. lighting and the room were quite nice. The pricing and service. The room was clean and the good was awesome.. it comes within a family budget and is quite affordable. the area is quite peaceful and yeh staff are well behaved

The hotel is located in a very accessible place, near Assam Tribune office chandmari. Rooms are very big with slightly high price. They do not maintain hygiene. The bedsheets looks so dirty. The washroom smells so bad. Flush releases water continuously. The people in the reception are so rude, thet must know how to behave with customer. They were not allowing to meet parents in the room. When we called the manager he talked very rudely. Once we told them to connect us to his owner, then only he got calm down. Untill he felt that we will really reach his owner then only he lowered his voice. We do not have problem with these non Assamese people at the counter/manager but their behavior definitely disappointed us. If they do not understand what customer is saying, then i guess the owner need to keep some people who can understand and handle situation wisely.

Last time I gave 5 stars to this hotel but not good for now as I booked for double bedroom but at arrival I was told that A.C. are not working in most of rooms so I was alloted a single bed room. I had to pick my bags on my own. staff is polite that's why I am giving 3 stars. kitchen has been shifted and outside food is not allowed that's an issue. rooms are good. overall an average hotel for now.
