The bedsheet was dirty and the mattress was wet. The doormat was very dusty, felt like the room wasn't clean since ages everything was considerable until we noticed the wet mattress which is no way acceptable
Hotel is very nice, recommend for family, manager is very helpful and caring ,will definitely stay next time again.

The owner was very cooperative I was travelling with my father.. the owner gave us a room on 1st floor wherein his family also resides ,ensuring that on 2nd floor may be the surrounding booking would be not comfortable for my family booking . This is great
I was totally disappointed . The Bedsheets were dirty and they are unable to give a new bedsheet. Hot water facility is not available.
The management was so irritated and the rooms were clumsy. AC and fans were not working and the bedsheets were so dirty.
Very good Room and service.Hotel is very close to railway station .just only 10 mint walikng dustence. service,manager talking way and safety.if you want to caught toy train from kalka then it is great place.just 10 mnt waliking distence from railway station. .
We had been there in Hotel Sai long back in 2016. We had the first night halt before going to Manali. The staff residing with his family in the hotel itself was a very nice person. We had the second night stand after returning from Shimla. That very person helped to reach us to the railway station at 4am. If I go to that place I will surely stay at this hotel for sure.
