Hotel Sai International - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

They don't accept online bookiand try their best to cancel the booking when you reach hotel...manager will show tou their worst room and ask you to cancel booking..if you still wont cancel they will start fight with you...rooms are very small very dirty wifi not working in rooms you wont get mobile network..no food or team in hotel as they dont have kitchen...checkout is at 12 but from 10 AM they will be after you asking 10 times to checkout.....horrible experience....dont make your trip horrible by coming to this bakwaas jagah .

worst hotel ever. Dirty, poor AC, disgusted by the service. They made us pay instantly for a cold chicken curry upon delivery to room. This place is the worst ever. WORST!!!!

+ Points: The reception person received us Nicely. We checked in when he was eating lunch, he stopped lunch in middle and attended us. In the Main area, Food available nearby, NDLS Train station is near by, Jamia Masjid, India gate, Nizamuddin Station, Red Fort all in 30-40 min distance. Cheaper rates, ok to spend night not for full day staying. They gave prints of our tickets from their printer. They gave water bottle on first day. -Minus points First day of ours the room was smelly No Geyser, they said they give connection to Boiler only in Winters, but they did provide Heater rod for heating water to bathe. Finally one suggestion, If you want to reach to important stations like Airports, Landmarks etc start early, we saw lot of traffic jams around this area like for 30-40 minutes Jams

It's very good location but price is to High if uh spend 3 4 hours it's take 1500 hundred to much High and same local I'd not take

Worst experience. I won't recommend it to anyone. It's pathetic and dirty. AC is not working and no geyser and jet pipe and no shower. Bed sheets are very dirty. Room service takes a very long time to respond properly. Lights are less and dim. Worst rooms for family.

Everybody gets fooled around here Paharganj hotel are mostly worthless Reviewing him but all of them are same Guarantee us the first class treatment but in real its totally opposite And you can't cancel in case you are not satisfied with service They immediately charge you 50% of total amount as cancellation charges. Hoping somebody reads this. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. Here's what they did to us. My experience pointwise: 1. The reality of the place is completely different to the reviews and photos mentioned on booking.com website. 2. The name of the place mentioned is not correctly mentioned. On a lot of websites it says Hotel International Inn. But there is no such place. This place would be SAI International Inn and the staff tries to convience you that it is a "chain of hotels". 3. The entrance to this place is extremely dark, unhygienic with wires and cables hanging with poor sanitation. 4. The rooms were a nightmare. The toilet seat was at a height where you can't even use it properly. The lights in the toilet were flickering and the tap was broken. Despite multiple requests to the management, there was no change in the situation. 5. The AC was broken and the staff didn't even provide a remote which made it difficult to regulate the temperature. 6. Bedsheets and blankets had pink stains and foul smell. For 3 guests, initially thyey just provided 1 towel and said the laundry is still not ready. 7. The lock of the room did not function properly. Extra help was required to lock the room which left us insecure. 8. Management was extremely reude, they even said that you better check out if you have problems. Given that we had our agenda already decided, it was impossible to make immediate changes. 9. As soon as the payment was done, the hotel immediately cancelled the booking saying that it was a technical fault from booking.com 10. A review was automatically posted on booking.com with a rating 10 saying, "Nice". I had to edit and write this corrected review instead. Please do not book this place unless you want to be scammed.
