Worst hotel even stayed not even fit for 1 Star
1. A/C was not working, they will tell it takes 15min to get cool but that never happens even after 1 day
2. They off the A/C's in the night
3 . TV was not working
4. Bathroom didn't have a lock
5 . Cupboard inside was terrible
6. Broken taps and accessories in washroom
7. No proper room service
8. No hot water provided
9. Water bottle was given after multiple requests
10. No restaurant
11. No proper maintenance
One of the worst experiences in this hotel.. my suggestion is please do not stay at this useless hotel.
They charged you like dulex hotel and service is third class electricity fluctuations issues most of the time lift not works... useless total useless..one of the useless hotel please do not stay here I wish could give -5 rating on service
Awesome dinner and breakfast was ok . Very close to the temple. Hot water in early morning (7am) was an issue but got hot water throughout the day. Room is small but good. Bed linen and towels are visibly old in Room no. 209, so one star less.
Except the staff everything in the hotel is a mess.we had Water issue, set top box not recharged, location is bit away from main market,rooms are ok ok even after it is a 3 star hotel as per them.
Plz don't take this room option they have all excuses for everything, no cable for TV, no proper hot water forget about 24 hrs hot water, dirty restroom, no water supply in washbasin .
Tv doesn't work sometimes, same problem with AC too. Intercom doesn't work at all. So contacting service staff should be done manual. Little bit of a problem with current fluctuations. Location was good and near to the temple.
We stayed here for two days. Rooms are decent and reasonably well maintained. This is about 750 meters from Sai Temple. Centre place for commuting around. This hotel does not provide breakfast. Infact it does not have a restaurant. Service by the team is quite good.
Very dissatisfied. What they mentioned in facilities n service in there website. Its just showoff only. U won't get any of it. There are no kettles in room. Paid complimentary breakfast u will get.
The staff hospitality is poor. No etiquettes of receiving guest or any pleasing body language. They need good training.
Restaurant is closed. Temple is very far from location. Hardly any transport u will find to reach to temple.
Overall it's disappoint hotel to stay.

Very nice hotel which is located on main road near entry gate no. 2 of shree Sai samadhi mandir. Hotel staff ie both managers all room service boys and staff of attached restaurant were very pleasant, polite, cooperative and helpful.
