Very unpleasant stay here on 30 sept 2023 night. Toilet flush wasn't working at all and they were like abhi thik kar deta hu , abhi thik kar deta hu , yet they didn't. It was 11:30 PM when they finally said they couldn't repair it and we were left with no choice other than rotting ourselves there for that night. Their badsheet were not clean upto that level we were looking for at that price range. Ceiling fan wasn't working properly.
It could have been a nice stay if they work on these issues.
Hotel location is great.

Very nice hotel.Clean rooms and bathroom. Good room service and reception desk person also was helpful and cooperative. We reached at 12.30 in the night but there were no complaints from their side. Rooms are compact but have all facilities. I visit Shirdi frequently and have stayed in a lot of hotels there but this one managed to impress me. kudos
Stayed here from 4-5th march 2019. Rooms are very good and clean, washrooms are small but clean. Hot water was available 24*7. Service was amazing, everytime the service guy was in my room within a minute. Only problem was the sound from Loudspeaker of Sai Baba temple during early morning. we woke up around 4:20AM due to sound from Loudspeaker and couldn't sleep again. It's common issue in most hotels here I think. Everything else is very good here. would definitely stay here again.

A very good property near the temple. Neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. The bathroom could have been little bigger, otherwise a very good hotel.
Ambience is good, it makes you feel as you are at your home, staff is always ready to help, cleanliness is the top priority for them. Rates are reasonable.

Rooms were well maintained, clean bathrooms and food menu was elaborate. The room service at times was slow. The swimming pool was nice and clean too. Highlight would be the unlimited buffet breakfast.
