I am writing to share my recent experience during our stay at your hotel. First and foremost, I want to express our gratitude for the warm welcome we received upon our arrival. The gesture of greeting us with flowers was a delightful touch and created a positive first impression. However, as we settled into our rooms, we noticed there is a lack of basic amenities such as water bottles, a kettle, tea bags, and dental kits. Typically, hotels in the same price range provide these essentials, and we had expected the same from your establishment. Our disappointment extended to the dining experience at your restaurant located on the ground floor. Despite placing an order, the food arrived late, and to our dismay, it was not fully cooked. Subsequently, we brought these issues to the attention of the management. A representative assured us that they would address the concerns and make improvements in the near future. Regrettably, the situation took an unexpected turn when the same representative, who had assured us of improvements, was later observed complaining about our feedback with his friends or colleagues outside the hotel which was noticed by our family members. This behavior was disheartening and did not reflect the professionalism we expected. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Sai Chhatra was spoiled by these issues, and we sincerely hope that you take this feedback constructively. We believe that with improvements in certain areas, your hotel has the potential to offer a truly exceptional experience to its guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we hope to see positive changes in the future.

Staying at Hotel Sai Chhatra was truly a pleasure. The Temple is near, just 3 to 4 minutes walkable. The kind of Warmth and Love we were given by every individual of the Hotel was overwhelming. It's truly an amazing Hotel, all because of the Team that they have. They really care for everyone and that's the best part of staying at Sai Chhatra. I deeply congratulate the entire Team.

I want to share our experience staying at Hotel Sai Chhatra. The kind of Welcome.you l get here is world class. We had our Mom's birthday and the room we were given was decorated beautifully. My Mom had tears. Such warm gesture is what we hlgot. We Thank everyone at Sai Chhatra.

Sai Chhatra is a very nice hotel and me and my family really loved the ambience and the staffs over there. It's in the prime location and getting cabs for Shirdi tour was very easy. The rooms were clean,food was tasty and the washrooms were also neat and clean.
