Hotel Sai Balaji - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

So, I booked this hotel based on the pics and the price shown however this hotel only provides room ..they don't have a restaurant of its own..if you order food, they will bring it from the joint just opposite to the hotel, even there is no complementary water bottles available. one have to buy water. I would only recommend this hotel only if u want to just spend the night and arrange for your own food. plus the t.v. provided in the room was not working, and the bathroom door was also broken. overall I would say it's an okayish hotel.

We stayed here while we went to worship Shirdi Sai Baba and were looking for a hotel nearby. We were looking for a place for 4 adults and they had the option available. Though the rates were different from the online hotel booking app it's better to call them and check before booking because they sold out many times and on the app it still shows available which can be an issue because of the big rush of Sai devotees. The room was clean and the bed had fresh linens The bathroom was clean and the staff were supportive and offered us an extra mattress without any cost and the guy at the reception helped us with our query about how to go and worship and aarti timings. The staff was also very good and supportive and transferred our luggage safely. The hotel has a lift. They also have a parking space in front of the car and you easily park your SUV also they have an arrangement at the nearby parking facility in case the hotel parking is full.

the hotel was really nice. The staff behavior was very good with helping nature. all the things like AC, TV works properly. Toilets and washrooms are neat and cleaned. For early check in I have paid 300 Rs. but it's worthy that I got check in at 4 am early in morning. It was very nice experience with the stay at Sai balaji. we will surely visit in future.

First I will write about the cons: If you are a person who prefers neatness and looks above everything else then this hotel is not for you! The rent is less and the room is average with paint peeling off, stained walls. Room lock mechanism needs to be modified, staff were really good and I also didn't had any valuables with me, hence I was okay otherwise the lock did not made me feel safe. Now with the pros: Washroom was decent. I was scared mostly of that but it turned out to be pretty good. They will provide a towel and a sample soap bar. No additional facilities in here. Hot water is continuous and real good. AC was okay, room did not had any chair to sit, you just have the bed to sit on. But still it was a nice comfort room with no bad odour. Staff were kind and helpful. They even have cab facilities. Around the hotel also there are several cab services, hotels and tea stalls. The best part is, it's a walkable distance to temple with no twists and turns. It is a straight road, you can even take auto until temple but it isn't really required. I am an obese person but still I was able to walk after traveling for 34 hours. I have no say about food because I stayed only one day and didn't had the necessity or time to eat at hotel. Overall a pretty good stay for couple of days for that charge. Not sure how it would be in peak days though. Made me feel safe and comfortable. No extra care or questions. They just left me be. And help was provided when needed.

Pros: 1) Overall Hotel is good with parking and nearby restaurants. 2) walkable distance to gate 1 (paid Darshan) of temple. 3) Staff is helpful Cons: 1) Dirty bedsheet and blanket. 2) Some Lights in room were not working. 3) Washroom quality need to be improved.

Great place to stay. Very hygienic and clean.The hotel is at walking distance from the temple. Area nearby is very good and the hotel itself is excellent. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The ac and hot water are available. They even upgraded my room free of cost.

It's a good place with clean premises and very near to the temple. Staff is very polite and very responsive. I will strongly recommend this place. All our concerns during our stay have been resolved immediately.

Beautiful service. All three house keepers are efficient and willing to assist. Both receptionist were polite and helpful. It was easy and cozy stay. At their price it is recommendable stay for family.
