Worst! That's the only word of how I can describe my experience in this hotel . 1. The room is dirty 2. Bed sheets and pillows dirty 3.The room is very small and they say its the largest one they got 4.Service is very poor 5. Overall experience very poor never recommended

Staff is really helpful, friendly and kind. Location is suitable as it is just 100meters from railway station (2 minutes walking distance). I would really recommend this hotel to stay
Dirty rooms broken Ac. Leaking tap, no working tv. Only one light in room. And at the time of checkout they make excuses that our system is not working we can't give you the bill. Please don't stay with family really very vad experience
The hotel is near railway station and metro station. I booked the hotel at night time and that cost me 1120 with gst but with was not worth it. It's a family hotel and they do not allow unmarried couples. The room was bice but it lacked hot water connection and the tv didn't had any dish subscription. 3 out of 5
Really poor service,very disappointed,there are zero facilities,zero cleaningness,staff are looted you,once you make payment as per your trip and leaving due to their bad service then they will show you their real face...plz don't book room here.
The most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed in my life. The hotel posted pictures on their site that it has a nice rooms but all these pictures are fake. Guys don't ever stay in this hotel.. we were not provided with even the water bottles nor toiletries neither the basic amenities.. and the receptionists are so rude and horrible.. Honestly, i had a horrible experience! Please save your money instead of staying here
Hotel Sagun is a very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean, the behavior of the staff is very nice, you are also given pick and drop facility at normal rates, I suggest that whenever you come to Jaipur, you should definitely stay here.

I stayed at this hostel recently and booked one bed with them. The bed was comfortable and the ambience of the room given to me was nice. The peace and the overall environment here is very nice for backpackers like me. The food is reasonably priced

We had a very good experience with this team... we asked for rental service at late night after 10pm, and they were kind enough to deliver it to our location within half an hour, at midnight. Activa was of good condition, and they gave helmet for 2nd
