Hotel Sagar Residency - Hotel in Honnavar - Uttara Kannada, India

Conveniently located just off the highway. Rooms are fine, but regular cleaning or replacing sheets are not done. One needs to ask for these basic things. Good dining option also with an attached restaurant. An EV charging point, DC fast charging, is also present.

Little bit on the outskirts but an excellent stay, Rooms are lavish and well maintained, 24 hr hot water, lift available, staff were polite and friendly. Have separate veg and non veg restaurants and the food was great and reasonably priced. The hotel is well connected with nearby tourist spots

The hotel is a 3 star and lives up to it. Has good sized and clean rooms with working ac and a separate veg and non veg restaurants to go with the lodge. However, price is on the higher side - paid 2700 for a night in aug 2023 and despite this the room had nothing but the basic toiletries - no tea or coffee bags , no coffee maker , no drinking water bottles It is just outside the town on the route to shimoga

Very well clean and establish of both beg and non veg hotel separate. Taste wise very good ordered southa nd north Indian thali. South Indian thali having everything perfect taste and sufficient rice. The price range was very good easy to affordable.

We tried fish thali at Kinara non veg. Food was great. The important thing which I wanted to highlight is, we were there only for lunch. Our car didn't start after that. We were struggling but the Sagar Residency staff came out and offers help. One of guy called one of the nearest technician and explained the situation. the best part is technician arrived withing 10 minutes. Even befor our road side assistance ivrs could connect us to a nearest technician. The space might look bit secluded but it is very near to honnavar town. Kudos to their helpfulness.

Good service, We had Fish thali with Bangda rava fry(mackerel). Dragon chicken is a must try. Fast service. Rates are reasonable.

The hotel had well maintained rooms, working ac and tv with good views. The staff was also well behaved. It is conveniently located on the national highway if you are coming from shivamogga/ jog falls The downside is that the rooms are a bit pricey (we paid 2700 for a day) and they lack wifi
