Most disgusting hospitality i experienced till now.
Specially the receptionist & other staffs deployed for night shift.
The hotel didn't had any master key for the rooms , & inspite of being humble when we asked help from them ,since we locked out ourselves, the receptionist (deployed for night shift) was so arrogant & so rude that was beyond expections .
Property is good but staffs behaviour are horrible....
Be cautious before you expect any help from the hotel management.
A very nice hotel to stay. There service are very nice. You can even organize your events here. There management and location is awesome. Even there room are very well maintained. Must prefer this hotel if you want peace and nice service
Hotel Sagar Residency as a restaurant is one of the best and affordable restaurant in Siliguri. If you wanna eat food and spend time with your loved ones in peace, it's the best place.

The rooms are okay, in this price range we expected more cleaner room but we didn't find one. The hotel service is excellent and the manager is a nice guy. Location is far from the bidhan market area. The place is quiet and safe. The food is excellent.

We recently had a family member's wedding here, they've given enough confidence throughout that less pressure and the outcome turned out to be fantastic.
Very poor maintenance & location surroundings. Security, room service & Housekeeping guys are too slag in their own mandatory duties. The minimal requirements of drinking water, tea/coffee is not served properly. After calling reception several time & waiting a long small size water bottles received which can be finished in one take. Very low variation in breakfast buffet with high charge. Need to wait for a long time for every asks. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL...
It was a great hotel. The rooms are great compared to the price. The room service was also very good. Just one downside I felt was that the price for hotel food is a bit high. The hotel has only veg food. Also the location was near Cosmos Mall so it's great, just that it was a bit away from the main road.

Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
