Plz dont go there they wont give u any service if u ask more they abuse u and give u life threat and if u ask for refund they say u do what u want to do. The room are very dirty and there were bugs and insects on bedsheet and very very poor network and staff was drunked plz dont go they

This is strictly a budget hotel as u can guess by pricing. But beware, the photos are wrongly uploaded for Standard non ac room. Pros: Only good thing about hotel is its budget and near to city palace. Cons: 1. As I said wrong photos are uploaded, we were shocked to see outdated technology big old monitor kindof TV in room. 2. No ventilation whatsoever in room from any side, even at 12 in afternoon inside room its pitch black. 3. Room was dirty during checkin and my god those pillows are the ones u generally throw away from your home. Even blanket was not washed. 4. Standard non ac rooms are at ground floor beside reception with their mini kitchen,so they disturb alot 5. Star of the room was a mouse who comes to visit every night. He spoiled food items we carried and a tshirt We don't expect great facilities in budget room but basic hygiene is our right!

I only stayed in this hotel for one night. Yes, it is a low-cost hotel with below-average facilities. I reserved a deluxe AC room, and we were given a decently sized room with only one towel and soap. Clean bed, mattress, and pillows, and that's all there is to say about this place. Unfortunately, there are numerous disadvantages. The AC room was facing the road, so there was a lot of noise from the road and the construction across the street. It was also too noisy in the early morning from other rooms. The western toilet lacked a hand pipe, and the wash basin was perpetually clogged and unusable. The door mats were worn and prickly. The cupboards were musty and too narrow to be useful. Water provided was undrinkable. While all other hotels offer checkout until 10 a.m., this hotel has it only till 9 a.m. I had to request the staff for an extra 15 minutes to get ready and leave. So keep that early checkout time in mind. Apart from all this, decent room service and food (ordered for dinner) and note they only accept Cash for anything ordered. Will I consider staying here again? Not really! Very average facilities. Disturbed sleep due to noise from the road and other rooms. Clogged wash basin and lack of hand pipe in the bathroom. Early checkout at 9am, all made for a slightly uncomfortable stay at Sagar Palace.

I stayed here for 2 nights.. in the entrance near the reception you can see the certificate of excellence. & very next minute you can see the pathetic condition of the rooms..the rooms are not even cleaned properly..they provided min. 5 years old pelow which have lots of dirty spots & bad smell. after complaining they have changed it . the condition is with the given blanket, bed sheet, & towel. they just provide you only 1 towel. there is no geyser in the bathroom. we stayed in Dec'22, when the avg. temp. is below 16degC. they just provide 2 hours hot water in the morning..

Don't ever choose this hotel, it's not appropriate for family and women stay. Real condition of rooms are totally opposite to what shown in pictures. It was a worst experience of booking this hotel from Make my trip. We booked 2 rooms for 3 days stay in Udaipur. The rooms were in worst condition , very very dirty bedsheets, blankets, and curtains. Bathrooms has big windows covered with iron jali's. Not safe for women. When we reached there, no room was available inspite of booking it advance. They just ask someone to wakeup and shift to other room, and provided that room to us without changing the bedsheets and pillow covers. Which is really unhygienic.everything is really very dirty including their kitchen. Customer s were complaining about their missing items from the room . We checked in 1hour early by paying extra charges,which we have already mentioned during booking. But compelled to left the hotel within 15 minute by seeing the unhygienic, cleaniness, safety of belonging and privacy issues. We immediately cancelled the booking and shifted to another hotel. We requested to take a days charges and return the rest amount.but the manager was rude and denied giving our amount back. Highly unprofessional. Everywhere is a policy to return back the fees if it's cancelled before 24hrs. They just ruined our trip.

I stays many time in hotel sagar palace udaipur it's near to bus stand around walking distance. and nice and safe palace and staff is good as well very clean and good room. and low budget.

The rate is too high compared then what they have put also when I called them they said online hai to online he reh lo.
