My Mother and Father had gone to Bikaner two days ago and stayed in this hotel. Was telling that the hotel staff is very nice and familiar....clinging staff, water all this members behaviour is good....food service is excellent and Jain food was served according to us. Worst hotel ever visited. Went on a school trip, started asking for payment on even water. Google says its a 4 star hotel, but it is worse than even a dharamshala. Rotten food.
