Hotel Sagar Kanya INN - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

This time we find that the hotel Management is not at all concern about the visitor for every facilities they charge extra . The hotel check in and check out timing is very odd at 8 A.M i.e when you enter there by train you have to pay extra again while leaving the hotel you have to pay extra amount , however this time it was our second trip last time was in the month of January this year. What all problem we have mentioned during our previous stay we find there is is no action on that at all . Few important point is mentioned again . 1. Check in and check out timing need to be revised or if any guest reaches there by train according to their timing they should provide the accommodation without any extra charge which is not there at present . 2. Same is for departure time also need to be implemented . 3. Hotel Restaurant need to be care full while serving the food and accordingly they should make the bill , it is observed that they make extra amount in the food bill and even if it is confirmed they can not rectify the bill they said. 4. Maintenance and room service of the hotel is very poor. 5.Most of the sea facing rooms are with serious A.C problem . A.C's are not in working condition . 6.Bathroom Door can not be closed properly . 7. Balcony Sliding doors are not in working condition. 8. In same price range many hotels are available at Puri with better location. 9. Hotel do not have any parking facility within . 10. Food quality is no at all good , though the charges is very high.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sagar Kanya INN, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff's ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable, The staff at this property are all great, specially Mr Ramakant, They all go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable as well as memorable and I can't wait to return to Hotel Sagar Kanya on my next vacation. Highly recommended !!!!!

I booked this property since I was unable to find anything else due to the weekend rush. It is located 250-300m away from the seashore. There are other properties ahead of them. It's the shabby, very unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, and insect-infested bathrooms. The property suffers from lack of maintenance, they charged 3300 all-inclusive + breakfast for side sea. View rooms but it's like cheap Oyo rooms for a huge money. Additionally, the staff threatens customers if they want to check out due to the condition of the property. The hotel staff threatened me saying you've to pay the next day's amount also if I check out or else we won't let you. The amount of money they charge it's not worth it at all. The breakfast was awful with smelly sandwiches and rotten eggs. The swimming pool was good, the view from the poolside on the deck is the only good part about this. Also, the rooms have balconies but they are dirty, and monkeys hover around and the view from the hotel side rooms includes heaps of garbage.

That is very good experience in the hotel . But I think it's a family oriented hotel .... Do not visit with friends bcz they did not allowed at pool area with Smoking & Drinking . So, It's a enjoyable with family not only friends. Overall a good hotel . But I think support staff is very cooperate but hotel needs more stuff. Those staf is shorten then the hotel needs & efficiency. Overall it's a good sea view hotel with the family tour .

Very Nice place near sea beach, visited with family stayed for 2 days was nice experience here, staff behavior is also good, small pool on terrace looks so good. view from front rooms are sea facing. sea beach is in walkable distance jut one street away, here you will find peaceful and clean beach, Its bit far from golden beach, eAuto takes 100/ from golden beach to hotel. for Pure vegetarians the only option is Hotel Kamat in Golden beach. here you can't find pure veg option easily.

Horrible experience. Hotel looks decent but considering the rooms, the price is too high. Extremely mis-managed. Their one of the reception guys, Pratap, is extremely ill-mannered. Being from the service industry, I wonder how they can behave so badly with their customers. Very very unprofessional. Complementary breakfast is a myth. They take individual orders and take a lot of time to prepare it. Only the sea view rooms are decent. The rooftop is a nice place to hangout with pool facility. They really need to work on their service. The people taking orders don't listen to you properly and are unaware of what is available. The only good thing to be worth mentioning is their food. It was damn tasty and the quantity was good also. If you are planning to work from the hotel room, then don't come here. Wi-fi ke naam pe dhokha. Really bad internet. Really hoping that they work on their service.

They behave with there pets like inhuman ..they said it's a pet friendly hotel but there was a labrador name SHANKY stay here... He is the dog of the hotel owner . As I have same baby in my home.. I just see that the Dog chained 24*7 They gave only food but the place where dog chained the place was not clean at all. I just surprised that the owner is disgusting..please rescue the dog.. owner couldn't takecare properly.. am very much disappointed.. the eating bowl and the water bowl r not clean at all... Please save the dog...don't go there

Front primium rooms are sea view rooms and toilet are excellent, food also good. Service by hotel staff satisfactory. They allowed pet chargeable basis. We enjoyed a lot. We will visit again.
