We face a bad behaviour of a reception boy and one old age uncle Then literally say that niklo word .i really don't expect that from any hotel Issue : we came at hotel at 11: 05 nearly at this time they waiting for us We explain we are late and we say we chack out at 3 am and they start arguing we us. We explain them we have train on 5 am they say we don't open the gate and we are not free for every one who wants to chack out at before 6 am after long conversation we just chack out from there . The room I got 305 was very bad for a night stay of 3920 including gst may be because I was travelling on a long weekend.. room is very small not ideal for big families at all.. breakfast is also ok ok.. overall i would give 2.5 star to the hotel need to do better on room cleaning, maintenance also only plus point is roof top view and proximity to beach
All the room and toilets are hygiene and good food and best location no so far from jaganath temple and sea beach.
Everything is fine except the service. The staffs behaviour was not so good. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I encountered a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The front desk staff appeared disinterested and seemed bothered by my presence. They failed to greet me with a warm welcome and instead displayed a dismissive attitude, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. The catering service was also disappointing. Overall, I regret to say that due to the consistently rude staff, I cannot recommend Sagar Kanya Hotel to others.
Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were quite well and clean, very polite staff. They have own restaurant as well. Location - 700 mt aprx from golden beach and equal distance from temple as well. Great stay in budget.
Very cheap behaviour, manager was drunken .don't know how to talk to guests.. continuesly staring females. Please don't go . Thank you
I really enjoyed staying at hotel sagar kanya , rooms are good , bathrooms are good , food are good , staff are friendly. I am fully satisfied. No complaints at all. Everything is near to hotel. Don't be afraid after reading negative reviews. I didn't feel any kind of problems here.
