Hotel Sagar Inn - Hotel in Sagar - Sagar, India

The hotel is located in a very crowded area and the entry to the place is through a very narrow space due to parked vehicles all around. Room was not in a good shape and fixtures in bathroom were broken. Only reason we took a halt here after a very tiring drive was the pet friendly policy. Not recommended even if the prices are reasonable.

Location: The hotel is located in Civil Lines, just off the main market road and landmark is a Hanuman temple. Getting through the city can be tough, so it may be better to rely on locals or the hotel staff on how best to get here, rather than on navigation apps. The location is okay with place for parking, but not aesthetically great. Cleanliness: The property looks relatively new. So there is an airy, fresh feel to the corridors. The room and bathroom was a good size, and clean. Cleanliness can be improved in general. The bathroom mat required severe cleaning. In the room we stayed in, there was a wooden grill door, which I think was partially covering a shaft with plumbing lines, so we could here water flowing and also strangely, voices of people talking/TV playing. The service starts quite late in the morning, so it was common to see tubs of unwashed dishes from room service, lined up in the corridor. Similarly, the rooftop restaurant was left completely in a mess from a previous night's party, until 8:45-09:00 am in the morning. Food: The property has room service and a roof top restaurant. The dinner we ordered was fairly good, but the breakfast was below par. Breakfast is not available before 8:30 am. Amenities: If I recall accurately, there was no electric kettle in the room. Wi-fi is available in the property, but it did not work in our room (111). Parking is available. There was no view as such from the room. Staff and service: The front desk was polite and helpful over the phone while guiding us to the property. The room service and housekeeping staff was young, enthusiastic and ready and happy to serve. It was a pleasant experience interacting with them. Summary: It is value for money. We stayed here two nights. I would not mind staying here again, although may be in a different room. Suggestions: It would be nice to get better breakfast and wi-fi connectivity. Please consider completely sealing the shaft in the rooms, making it sound-proof and also improving the cleanliness.

Property is good but food taste was bad and i stayed in room 206 which is above hotel's kitchen or i don't know where &whatever hotel staff or other persons was talking it was clearly audible in my room through the window due to which i couldn't sleep till 12.30 and again same thing was repeated in morning at 8 am. i called reception for complaining and they replied that the staff will leave in some time pls wait till that time to sleep.

This hotel is located Rice city Gondia @ Civil lines but on a narrow street. They have a few open parking places and hence not a major issue. The rooms are good and the staff is supportive and well behaved. The atmosphere was great

Very good stay. Beautiful rooms, very very difficult to locate.

I booked the hotel after seeing photos from Goibibo and Google Maps. But the service was very poor. Rooms: 1. When I reached, the bedsheet was not clean and I complained to them but they came with a worser bedsheet than before. 2. Pillow and blanket also were not good. 3. Wardrobe was full of dust 4. I booked 2 ac rooms but both of the air conditioners were not working, they came to repair them but still didn't work 5. Fan was also noisy Bathroom 1. These 2 stars given are only for the bathroom cleanliness , they kept it very clean 2. But the shower gel and shampoo were both the same liquid provided. I asked the boy about this and he told me 'Hei aisa hotha hei'

I must say the hotel is so good ,in terms of rooms ,staffs,services ..everything you would think of for your stay to be easy and comforting. The food was one the best tasted food that I have had in my life. And this i would consider as the best experience in any of the hotel so far (though I have been in many bigger cities and in their hotels,but still this considered to be best). I am giving a 5 star review although I wanted to add few more stars if google allows me to
