Hotel Sagar - Hotel in Dombivli - Thane, India

It is a nice economical place to stay in Hotel Sagar Dombivali east. I stayed here for two nights and it was a pleasant stay. The lobby was very spacious and well constructed. They were treat to the eyes. Room service was very good. Attendants cleaned rooms and changed bed sheets quickly on our request. Very satisfied. Will sure visit again if get a chance.

The stay was very good, the staff at the reception and other staff are very good and attentive to your needs. Room and Bathroom are very clean and hygienic. Wifi connection is also reasonable. Location is good and reachable quickly. Very happy to recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I get a chance.

I had booked a hotel around 15 days prior. On the actual date of check-in all the way from Pune we had travelled and we were surprised. The receptionist said that they do not have any information about the said booking. After some time they agreed that booking is in place but it is not recorded in their booking register and said that we will give you room in next 15 minutes after cleaning. As a curiosity I went to the room which was so called under cleaning and was going to allot to us. I had booked a Deluxe Room. The hotel staff was intending to allot a normal ac room instead of Delux. When we asked about this, staff informed us that deluxe rooms are available on the third floor and the hotel does not have the basic elevator or lift facility. We rejected the room considering the condition of the room as it was not worth what amount I had paid in full as an advance. The hotel staff very casually refunded my advance and informed me that we have a different hotel nearby ( it took 45 minutes ) this property where you can go. Very worst hotel and their service. Not recommended at all.

Price of the Food is quite higher ...Price of cold drinks are 70 rs which is quite higher for the Room rates. Rest service is good only they should focus on some costs of the food and Beverage

Hotel is very very good and clean. Food quality is also good. Staff is polite and good.

Excellent pure veg- Non vegrestaurant. Lovated on highway, easy to spot, enough parking space. Plus, big sitting area. Staff is helpful. Chicken sizzler is must try. Service is fast and good. Food is excellent too. Definitely worth visiting again n again

Nice service by staff, wow management by manager, no elevator but staff carried all luggage so it's helpful, safe hotel safe environment...

Proper family hotel , fast service by staff, maintaining hygiene, Manager boy is helpful and kind ....offering free cups of tea...
