Hotel Saffron Suites - Hotel in Chaibasa - West Singhbhum, India

Had booked the banquet hall in this hotel for my son's first birthday. Overall the experience was good with great food from its own restaurant. However they need to improve the service in terms of cleanliness of the table clothes and carpets which are used in the banquet hall. Also, management of the guests seating arrangement need to be looked in by the staff which was not satisfactory.

In terms of value for money, I believe Saffron suites offers a high-end experience that is well worth the price. The quality of the food, the impeccable service, and the overall ambiance make it a great choice for a special occasion or a memorable evening out.

Nice. All employees are curtious and mannered. Timely served food etc. It is neat & clean. Foods quality We found always good.

Very poor service in restaurant, once you order the food wait timings is more than hour Please avoid visiting this place in peak timings.

Wonderful overall experience. Rooms are clean and simple, and have a great bed and clean and good toilet and shower area. Food also has a good limited menu.

Rooms are spacious and staff is also genuine. Infrastructure is at best but the swimming pool is under construction. There is a lawn to have a walk and a great place for parking. Restaurant is well maintained and food is also great. Only sometime powercut is a issue. Overall a luxurious experience at Hotel saffron suites.

Everything is excellent except food, food is not so testy, good sitting arrangement, no testy food., Staffs are good, no testy food, waiting hall and toilets are good , no testy food.
