The rooms are good, neat and service is fine, there is no hot water except that everything is fine, good food and no extra chargers and worth the price! Location is bad

Food is also good. Rooms are not a clean properly. According for rooms charges very high.

This property is located in a very narrow lane, feel unsafe. The condition of the room is very old, unclean, old pillows. Totally unhygienic, OYO should exit this property to retain their reputation.

Pathetic hotel. Highly unhygenic. Their AC runs at 35degC. If tell to lower the temperature they its automatic and cant be lowered. Location worst, foul smell around. Rooms in totally pathetic condition. Bed is like you are sleeping on a rock. Please stay away and save your money.

Stay was far more different than what mentioned in the photos The pipes in bathroom were broken The Ac was not working and rooms were below average Had asked for hot water and they didn't even provide the same. I had paid the total amount for the stay including breakfast and the hotel was telling that the will be providing breakfast only after 9:45 am as the kitchen will be open only after 9:00 am . And I didn't had my breakfast for 2 days and had to get it from outside. And they didn't even provided a complementary water bottle. And the booking was for 2 pax and only provided with I single towel. Over a very bad experience from the stay. Even in this hot summer they were not providing ac in the room which is very horrible and the funniest part is I booked an ac room in the booking platform goibibo.....

Very poor location, had shortlisted it through OYO. Cleanliness inside the room was pathetic. I would not recommend a stay at this place. Food was equally poor as the room was.

It was not a good experience. The bedsheet, blanket and pillow cover were dirty. Bathroom was broken and unclean. The wash basin was leaking. The hand door lock was also broken from inside which is a security concern. The AC switch was not working so the control was with the receptionist. We can't even control the temperature. Towels, soap, shampoos were not provided by saying that it has stopped serving from OYO itself. I will not recommended this place. Improvement required.

Nice place to stay near New Delhi railway station. It is easy to find if you are good at Google maps. It gives you exact location of hotel. But it is located in a narrow lane. Rooms are good, i didn't ordered food but they provide the facility of food. Staff behaviour was also nice, they talked politely and served nicely.
