Hotel Saffron Crest - Hotel in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

Had a wonderful stay at Saffron. Best part is the location. You have all you need at nearby vicinity. Rooms were large and clean with good service. Food was also excellent. Only thing you should know is this hotel is Vegetarian and they don't serve non veg foods at their restaurants. Rest I have had no complains. It's excellent choice for the privet they charge.

Oh my goodness, where do I even start with this dreadful excuse for a hotel? My stay at this place was an absolute nightmare from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff must have attended a masterclass in unhelpfulness because they were the epitome of incompetence and rudeness. First of all, let's talk about the "swimming pool" they advertised. What a joke! As a paying guest, I expected to have access to all the amenities, but apparently, they decided to prioritize a private party over their actual customers. So, instead of enjoying a relaxing swim, I was left staring at a closed-off pool, reminding me that my happiness was insignificant compared to their precious event. Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there. The hotel, despite being practically empty, seemed to have an obsession with pushing me out the door at the exact check-out time. They constantly hovered over me like vultures, pestering me to leave the premises as if I were some kind of intruder. I felt like I was on an episode of "Get Out: Hotel Edition," with the staff acting like I was an inconvenience to their day. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this hotel experience on my worst enemy. The unhelpful front desk staff, the forbidden swimming pool, and the relentless pressure to leave on time combined to create a nightmarish stay. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to rest your head. This hotel is a disaster waiting to happen. Zero stars, if I could give them that.

Had a wonderful time staying in Saffron crest. Rooms were spacious and well maintained and food was good too. Jason issues with the ac but after requesting got another room and it started working later. Will recommend

I travelled here with family. Air conditioner of my room stopped working at 0200 o clock at night. They changed my room immediately but the room in which I was shifted, AC was not working in that room also. We somehow spent the night. The next morning when I complained about the air conditioner they changed my room again. This time the air conditioner was working fine but this room was very poorly maintained. Had broken chandeliers and night lamps. The floor was dirty. So, overall my opinion is this is a poorly maintained hotel. One of the worst hotels in Siliguri. There is no management. One should not stay here ever.

Great ambience and wonder courteous staff, hassle free check-in and checkout.ample of parking space, banquet lawn big rooms and what not. A good place to be. Good food as per choice is available. Lovely interior and landscaping done right

It has a good Rooms, room Service availability, hospitality of the staff and specially wonderful breakfast facilities.. The hotel is worth paying. Suggestions It would be even more better if there is facilities for the kids with play area and gym hall and garden facilities... Thank you

The rooms were large and spacious, the food was amazing (the Cinnamon restaurant is a must go.) and is an amazing hotel. I wish I could of stayed for longer.
