This was the most worst experience I had. I was not able to eat a single bite of food even the food was not cooked properly.
Best restaurant in Kurukshetra according to me.I have lived in Kurukshetra for more than 10 years.We had always eaten their food.I is our family's favourite restaurant.Their food is outstanding and reasonable prices.Currently I live in Chandigarh but whenever I visit kurukshetra we surely eat food their.Even after more than 10 years they have the same great taste.I would recommend you guys to try their Shahi Paneer with Missi roti and Pineapple Raita.Its my personal favourite.
Great food. But the main issue is parking space. Not sufficient parking available. Otherwise good place for dining.
I booked a room on dated 28.06.2023 through make my trip and booking I'd is NH92237269422700. The room condition is as below:
1. TV was not working and inform at reception, but nobody attended this problem upto 1 hour.
2. Water was not available
3. Room was having lot of mosquitos.
4. Room was having lizards and inform to hotel staff, to change the room they told me to wait for 15-20 minutes but after wait of almost 70 minutes, finally I moved out this hotel and till time they did not able to give any suitable room.
Saffron comes under the best hotels pf city and it has gained fame thtough its services and quality food it provides to their guests also it holds great ambiance

I booked this hotel via coming back from the mountains back to gurgaon to spend overnight. I got worst of the rooms. I think they just provided a leftover room. Don't ever settle for Room. Room had dampness, flies and mosquitoes were there. When I entered there was no table for chairs and when I asked for one they provided some torn cushioned table with no glass on it. Bed was just bad. It was so soft that you will fall off from bed. I wonder how this hotel got an avg. of 4 star. I mean room and service was pathetic. Vow to never come back again to this hotel.Everything is pathetic.
