Hotel Sadbhav Villa - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

Not according to expectations and price almost same cost i had past stay at radisson park inn Surat. Parking is aweful you literally get scared scratching car from top end. Food is good. Room is not that good. It may differ person to person but not good for me. And yeah moreover no one know if guest arrive until you call them so for picking up luggage you are on your own. And it's located inside corporate building so lift and setup is pathetic.

Good connectivity to the city.. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. It has a very good restaurant which provides mouth watering food.

The hotel is not good, they do not pay full salary to the staff, they are mean people, if there is work, they get the work done and then talk rudely while paying the

Located in front of Annapurana temple and you can find a variety of food on the road side. Place is really good

I couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup and this stay reconfirms my belief. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped us with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here. After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.

I really love the hotel specially the front desk.. very very supportive. From the entrance to the hotel was not very comfortable but the rooms are very nice though it was small rooms. Their restaurant was superb. From the windows you can see the sidhi vinayak temple. I will give 5 star to this hotel...

When we take tarrif including meals hotel must change there menu day alternative but thus hotel gives you same food everyday

Totally differ from there star rating. I booked it by going through the available reviews and star ratings. Rooms are small and as per it tariff seems to be on higher side.There are some other points that to be noted are as below1. There food has good taste 4/52. There location is good 4.5/53. They have four wheeler parking at second basement and lift is at first basement. 2/54. Staff is polite. 5/55. I had my tarrif including dinner but in that they have fix thali system. In fix thali they have 1 soup, half plate of starter, 2 roti, one panner and one veg curry in main course, rice one bowl, dal fry one bowl, papad, butter milk and one vanilla ice cream. However when I asked for what starter they are going to serve the person told it is panner tikka but I served with 'hara bhara kabab'. Second in soup they where having manchow soup but I requested for tomato soup. They agreed to serve tomato soup but on plate they served manchow soup only. That was really disgusting.
