A good hotel with all the amenities. The rooms are spacious. The location is good, and the staff behavior is good. Food quality & portion could be better. Limited options in complementary breakfast, Juice must be there. This is my 2nd time in this hotel. Light sensors are not working this time, spider webs are present in the bathroom. Overall good experience.
Rooms with no backup... The entrance to the hotel is very dirty and sticky, Parking is very congestion You need to struggle if you go 9 am to 9 pm. Compare to all with price room is very expensive.. Room is ok if you find it at around 1000 to 1500 but 3200 is very high you can find far better stay at this price.
one of the hidden gems of Siliguri, The location is in the epitome of everything, great connectivity with the whole city. The food is amazing, the rooms are amazing and the bathroom is spacious. I loved it, would definitely visit again !

i was there for only one night and stayed only few hours. as we had to leave to darjeeling early morning. cleanliness and hygiene was good. room was also good. i have booked for three persons so they have provided room which was having three beds. the staffs were helpful and well behaved. the hotel is in hill cart road of siliguri and 5.2 kms away from new jalpaigudi railway station. it is on the main road. the hotel is on 1st floor and it doesn't have lift facility.
Rude & unprofessional room service & front desk staff.Even though they had a food menu in the room,when I tried to order my dinner they rudely refused and asked me to go and have my dinner in the restaurant which was at a different building.These two days of my stay at this Hotel were really pathetic.And if all this wasn't enough,when I was checking out a rude shock was waiting for me,as the on duty manager gave me a bill of the food which I never had as on the two days of my stay at their Hotel i didn't take any food.This is cheating and fraud on their part.
Very nice hotel. location is superb just opposite to the NBSTC bus terminal siliguri. Neat and Clean. Hastle free check in. Room size is big. Bathroom neat and clean. Overall very much satisfied.
