Very good hotel to stay in Bharatpur at Saras Chauraha. Very peaceful, at prime location and very spacious rooms at reasonable price. Staff is also well mannered and hotel is well maintained. Manage by RSTDC.
Location, space wise good but need more maintenance.
This RTDC hotel is very poorly maintained. Rooms had broken lights and broken pieces of furniture, with dust at all corners of the room. Bathrooms had leaking pipes and we had to shift to another room due to it. Even this room was in this terrible condition and lights were not working. Staff are lethargic and very indifferent. Food was good but service in the restaurant was pathetic. The only good thing about the hotel is its location - it is just 500 metres from the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and within walking distance of the hotel.
Although the location of the hotel is excellent, the condition of rooms is pathetic.
It's an very old property managed by rtdc. Washrooms clean. Poor ambience. Furniture needs to be replaced and more comfy.
Decent, comfortable place at a throwaway price. Excellent service as staff is at your beck and call. Have been coming here more than 30 years and I have not seen any drop in service or amenities. Only improvement needed is they have to improve the variety and quality of their food. Spacious parking available
Good RTDC Hotel....nice rooms...with wide bathroom...at reasonable...rate...500m from keoladeo National Park.....apart from the room...you will get a tasty home made food both veg and non veg....this hotel has bar..and wide parking area...21 km from fatepuri sikri..and approx 36 km from Agra....
Taste of the food was amazing. Prices are on A bit higher side. I liked the decor, nice and comfortable seating. Though expensive, you can still come here once in A while with friends or family to get the taste. Staff are very helpful here. Overall good experience.
