Only a basic hotel nothing else. Hotel is situated at prominent place of Banda, tahsil sawantwadi, Dist. Sindhudurg. Maharashtra This small town/kasba is good for purchase of daily items of the Goa people due to less price than Goa. Goods are cheaper because rent for the shops are 1/10th of the Goa.

Nice one but price is too high

Fantastic plush upscale hotel in the area. There's no competition to it as there's actually no one of this kind. It has beautiful rooms, clean bathrooms. Nowhere nearby can you get something like that. Yet it is cheaper than other hotels. It's on the highway and there's ample space for parking. Basic shops such as salon, medical, ATM are in the same society.
