Very nice hotel near shopping area of karol bagh.. Everything is nearby money exchange shops chemist hair salon... The rooms are clean the food is good large variety.. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarr Inn during my visit to Karol Bagh, Delhi, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was more than willing to assist with any queries or requests. The room I was assigned was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities provided. The room boasted a beautiful view of the bustling Karol Bagh neighborhood, and the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the city's liveliness. The hotel's location in Karol Bagh is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It is situated close to popular shopping areas, vibrant markets, and a variety of dining options. The nearby metro station allowed for convenient transportation to other parts of Delhi, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The room was very clean and spacious. The services were upto the mark and all the facilities were excellent. The staff was very active and all our requests were fulfilled. Reception person Mr. Om Prakash treated us very well.
Worst room service , the complementary breakfast was pathetic and the staff was claiming that they purchased the breakfast from outside during morning time. I wilk not at all recommend this hotel to anyone...totally unprofessionalism among the staff members
Very worst management and behaviour of staffs especially Old Sardar Ji seating on Reception. Breakfast can make your taste bitter and abdominal discomfort. Never ever recomend any one to stay here.
Had a great stay with them. Rooms and service totally justify the price. Its near Karol Bagh metro thats the perk.
Neatly maintained. Service ok. They are not accepting any requests from customers, just for keeping the room for an hour more. They allow only 22 hours in a day. We reached midnight to the hotel, but they asked us to vacate the room next day by 11:00hrs.
