I will not recommend staying in this hotel because of the poor quality room and no natural ventilation facility and poor maintenance The rooms are not good The small insect in the room will not make you sleep in room They tell you hot water facility for 24/7 but no hot water at all Over all not recommended to stay This is my stay experience for 1 day in room

Very worst experience, rude behaviour he dont know how to speak with customer. Not recommended for family trip or bachelor trip. Worst hotel ever

horrible experience and I must share this for the benefit of fellow travellers. The property is in a wonderful location and has a spacious parking. The sea view is amazing. Thats the good things. We had booked the deluxe room with an additional bed. After so many follow up, we were provided with a bed but no blankets or pillow. When we asked for it, a very casual response was " sir, do you need it?". After I had raised my voice to the house keeping, was provided the same. Breakfast was just pathetic. Food was cold. No proper response from the counter. It was like " eat if you want" attitude. To make matters worse, RATS in the deluxe room. Just pathetic. When you charge in excess of 4k per night, it is expected that you provide decent service and hygiene rooms. If you travel to Kanyakumari, its best you avoid this horrendous hotel. No proper room service, restaurant service or house keeping.

Have medium service, and rooms ammount started at 800 in off season, and also have good view of vivekananda temple

4 stars for the location however the rooms aren't tidy and clean at all. Bed sheets weren't clean. The rooms were a bit on the higher side. Non AC cost Rs 1,000 & Ac rooms were Rs 1,200. We booked 2 rooms however due to the non-cleanliness of the same, we had to vacate them in an hours time. There are other nearby hotels where the cost is nominal and rooms are neat and clean.

Never ever book this hotel, room is full of bed bugs, u can't sleep, and hot is available only in morning that to they supply in bucket and there is no welcome kit and drinking water is not good. They will not clean the room too much dust in the room blankets is not good. Overall it's pathetic experience, go to another hotel.

Very worst service. It's Dangerous to stay in these type of rooms. Completely occupied by Bed bugs. They playing with people. You can't even sit anywhere in room. Bathrooms were worst. Under the beds lot of garbages is there. Literally avoid this hotel. health. Unhygienic. Don't refer anyone

Terrible stay. Very bad rooms. At night my family discovered that the bed had bed bugs. When we checked in they said that 24 hours hot water but later said that only on morning hot water. the next day they said that they will give only in buckets. room was very bad condition. AC remote was not working properly. our room had average condition toilet but other rooms had very bad toilet. I would have given 0 star. room service keeps advertising of a tour but that tour has many places which were not open. Room service every time asked tips for each bucket.
