It was my first visit to Kolkata and I was quite concerned about my stay. All the fears of visiting a new place vanished once I reached the hotel as the hospitality was splendid. The staffs in Here are well mannered and a lot more cooperative than compared to other hotels I've ever been to. May it be any hour of the day, they are always ready for help. If I ever visit Kolkata again, for sure hotel Saad will be the first option for my resort... In short just loved the stay!!!
The wine and cheese was wonderful. The breakfast was good. The coffee was really good. The bed was great. The staff were all Very courteous and attentive. Reservations were easy. Confirmation was timely. Location worked for us. In room cooler was a plus.
Overall ok but compare by price other hotels are better because here room's are congested even we need to pay for mineral water also. 1350 per room without breakfast. Check-out time is 12 o'clock but they start knocking door @11.30.
A family budget hotel. Very friendly staff and peaceful place. Location is good as you can go anywhere. Many places are just 2-3km far away from the hotel. Delicious food items and specially they serve you too hot as you would feel like home.
