Fantastic experience. Very loyal and service minded Manager and staff. Very cordial. Food was good. Rooms were neat and tidy. Well maintained. Wash rooms were in good condition. AC was working properly. Hot food served in the rooms. Very nice stay. Kudos to the Manager for the attitude.
Washroom water was leaking. Cleaning Not upto the mark. Bed sheets were not changed daily. On and average OK OK.
What I liked about SRP:1- Good food quality2- Clean and Calm environment3- Nice and mannered staff4- Easily reachable locationSome cons:1- Though the room was good there were lizard potties on the bed, in the room, and in the bathroom.2- There was a lizard as well in the bathroom which the staff managed to remove.3- I booked through they mentioned a lot of things on their site, though only a few basic amenities were there (like no geyser).So, overall my stay at SRP was satisfactory but there is a lot that can be improved by the management.
Good space with nice vibes. Please make sure booking and invoices at your end. We have faced the challange with billing but at last everything is shorted.
The hotel is located on a convenient place. There is no parking available. You have to park your car on the road side. The hall available for party on first floor is poorly maintained. Walls have stains and marks covers of banquet chairs are dirty. Toilet are filthy and stinking as hell. Rooms attached with the hall are in the same condition. Food served was below average. There are many better place available nearby. So I suggest you may look at them before booking. The only reason for 3 star rating is service which is quite satisfactory.
The rooms are nice and cosy with good service. The manager and the staff is very polite and respond to your calls instantly. The only downside is the food which according to me could be much better considering the price and the location also doesn't give you many options to go to.
